Riviera Travel has introduced its latest ship, the Riviera Radiance, on the scenic Danube River. This state-of-the-art vessel has successfully completed its inaugural journey, a captivating 15-day sailing from Budapest to the Black Sea.
As the second new vessel launched by Riviera in 2023, following the Riviera Rose on Portugal’s Douro River, the Riviera Radiance stands out with several impressive features. Notably, both ships are the first in the Riviera fleet to carry the Riviera name, a shift from earlier vessels named after British authors.

The Riviera Radiance boasts a split-level design, which, combined with its larger size compared to the Riviera Rose, allows for a variety of offerings. The ship features a two-story lounge, inviting passengers to relax in a spacious atmosphere, along with three distinct dining venues — a first for Riviera. Guests can indulge in delicious culinary experiences at:

Designed with comfort in mind, the Riviera Radiance provides the most spacious accommodations ever seen in the Riviera fleet. Over 80% of its cabins feature floor-to-ceiling French balconies, allowing guests to fully appreciate the picturesque views along the Danube.

- **Grand Suites**: Spanning 344 square feet, these elegant spaces come with a separate living area, a king-sized bed, and a private balcony with outdoor seating.
- **Superior Suites**: Measuring 258 square feet, these cabins also boast floor-to-ceiling French balconies as well as a living area furnished with a sofa, chair, and table.
- **Standard Cabins**: At 172 square feet, these comfortable quarters include French balconies and cozy indoor seating. Lower deck cabins have fixed windows for a unique experience.
