Travel suppliers and vendors are encouraged to register for participation in the upcoming expos, which will occur in 11 secondary markets nationwide.
Background of Granite Travel Trade Expos
The Granite Travel Trade Expos were initiated in the spring of 2023 by Bradley Dean, a partner at Granite Productions in Oakville, Toronto. The expos were established to bridge the gap between travel advisors and suppliers who may not have access to the larger, traditional trade shows typically held in major cities. This initiative was primarily aimed at enhancing the connectivity between these two essential components of the travel industry.
Success of Past Events
As reported by Open Jaw, the 2023 Granite Travel Trade Expos attracted 32 suppliers and over 675 travel advisors across various locations in Canada. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with travel professionals expressing satisfaction with the more intimate setting that allowed for meaningful conversations with suppliers.
