As of today, August 1, the program now features a fresh tier structure based on sales, expanded options for redemption, and improved benefits across all product lines.

New Sales-Based Tier Structure
The revamped Loyalty Rewards Program introduces three distinct sales-based tiers aimed at recognizing the achievements of travel agents:
- PRO: $0–$49,999.99 in annual sales
- PLUS: $50,000–$149,999.99 in annual sales
- ELITE: $150,000+ in annual sales
Agents will start at Level 1 as of today, with their tier status recalculated annually on July 31, taking into account net sales (excluding taxes, commission, and service fees).
Enhanced Earnings and Redemption Options
Under the new structure, agents will see their earned sales applied the day after client departure (or upon ticketing for air consolidations), aligning with existing program rules. With these enhancements, agents can explore a broader range of redemption options, making their rewards more valuable and accessible.
